The Commission Of Victory Outreach for Christ Ministries was founded in 1979 in Carbondale, Illinois by the President Rev. Oliver S. Hoard. It is a non for profit organization for Evangelistic and Deliverance work throughout the world.

It's sole purpose is to please Almighty God by bringing forth much fruit into the Kingdom of heaven. This can be done by giving and showing God's Love To The People of the World. We have commited our lives to reaching over 1 Billion souls for the kingdom of heaven through soul winning evangelistical methods. Going into the Highways and Byways and compelling Men and Women and Children to come to Jesus Christ and escape The Lake of Fire.

We are claiming and confessing by God's grace, faith and power for the salvation of over 1 billion souls to be brought into the Kingdom of heaven through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and The Power of The Holy Spirit.

We are presently residing in Burlington, Iowa. We have seen God's power manifested in signs,miracles and wonders. Jesus Christ is truly Alive and Well!!

We have been led by The Holy Spirit to minister The Gospel of Jesus Christ in many different places. We have been trained in Intersession and spiritual warfare. We will continue our assignments until Jesus Christ call us home or He Returns
